xml validators, xml cross-validation vs. inheritance, and access control

there are two aspects to validation in xml i would like to display first is the xml validator check that ensures that the format of the xml is properly coded then there is cross validation as in data validation between two or more schemas which i am trying to prove with transformation as in with two sets versus a inheritance scheme in an object as well as an access control list for the third twine in the sample
